By accessing or using BrideMirror, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

BrideMirror provides AI-powered virtual wedding dress try-on services. Users can upload photos and visualize themselves wearing different wedding dresses using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BrideMirror
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person

4. Credits and Payments

• BrideMirror uses a credit-based system for AI generations
• New users receive 1 free credit upon registration
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• VIP subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Photo Usage and Rights

• You retain all rights to photos you upload
• You grant BrideMirror a license to process your photos for AI generation
• Photos are automatically deleted after 30 days
• We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing our services
• You must have the right to upload any photos you submit

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI services
• Share your account with others
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission

7. AI Generation Disclaimer

• AI-generated images are simulations and may not be 100% accurate
• Results depend on photo quality and AI model capabilities
• We do not guarantee specific results
• Generated images are for personal use only

8. Refund Policy

• Credits are generally non-refundable
• Refunds may be issued for technical failures or service issues
• Contact support@bridemirror.com for refund requests
• Refunds are processed according to App Store/Google Play policies

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

BrideMirror is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Deleted accounts have a 30-day recovery period

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
