İade ve Cayma Politikası

1. Genel

BrideMirror'da krediler, App Store (Apple) veya Google Play üzerinden uygulama içi satın alma ile edinilir. Ödemeler ilgili mağaza tarafından tahsil edilir; iade süreçleri de öncelikle mağazaların iade mekanizmalarına tabidir.

2. Kredi kullanımı ve hizmetin niteliği

• Krediler yalnızca BrideMirror içinde görsel üretimi ve HD indirme için kullanılır; nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez.
• Yapay zekâ üretimi doğası gereği yaratıcı sonuç garantisi verilemez; üretilen görselin beğenilmemesi tek başına iade sebebi değildir. Satın alma öncesinde ücretsiz karşılama kredisiyle hizmeti deneyebilirsiniz.

3. Teknik hata garantisi (otomatik kredi iadesi)

Bir üretim talebi teknik nedenlerle başarısız olursa, düşülen kredi otomatik olarak hesabınıza iade edilir. HD indirme başarısız olursa aynı şekilde kredi iadesi yapılır. Bu garanti için başvuru gerekmez; sistem otomatik uygular. Sorun yaşarsanız support@bridemirror.com'a yazabilirsiniz.

4. AB/İngiltere tüketicileri — 14 günlük cayma hakkı

AB Tüketici Hakları Direktifi (2011/83/EU) ve İngiltere Tüketici Sözleşmeleri Düzenlemeleri (2013) kapsamında, dijital hizmet satın alımlarından 14 gün içinde sebep göstermeksizin cayma hakkınız vardır.

Hemen ifa ve feragat (Madde 16(m)): Kredi satın alırken, hizmetin derhal sunulmasına açıkça onay verir ve herhangi bir krediyi kullandığınız anda cayma hakkınızı kaybedeceğinizi kabul etmiş olursunuz. Satın aldığınız paketten hiç kredi kullanmadıysanız, 14 gün içinde cayma hakkınızı kullanarak tam iade alabilirsiniz.

Cayma bildirimi: iOS satın alımları için Apple'ın "Sorun Bildir" (reportaproblem.apple.com) kanalı; Google Play satın alımları için Play iade talebi; her iki durumda ayrıca support@bridemirror.com'a bildirebilirsiniz. Uygun iadeler, bildirimin alınmasından itibaren en geç 14 gün içinde aynı ödeme yöntemiyle yapılır.

5. Türkiye tüketicileri

Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15/1-ğ uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetler ve tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallara ilişkin sözleşmelerde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Kredi satın alımı bu kapsamdadır. Bununla birlikte: (a) hiç kullanılmamış paketler için 14 gün içinde iyi niyet iadesi değerlendirilir, (b) teknik hata garantisi (Bölüm 3) her durumda geçerlidir.

6. Mağaza iadeleri ve bakiye düzeltmesi

Apple veya Google üzerinden iade aldığınız bir paketin kredileri hesabınızdan düşülür. İade edilen kredilerin bir kısmı kullanılmışsa bakiyeniz eksiye düşebilir; eksi bakiye yeni üretim yapılmasını engeller.

7. Abonelik (VIP)

VIP aboneliği mağaza abonelik altyapısı üzerinden yürür; iptal, ilgili mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yapılır. İptal, dönem sonunda geçerli olur; kullanılan dönem için kısmi iade yapılmaz (mağaza politikaları saklıdır).

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. General

On BrideMirror, credits are purchased through in-app purchases on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Payments are collected by the relevant store; refund processes are primarily subject to each store's refund mechanisms.

2. Credit use and nature of the service

• Credits may only be used within BrideMirror for image generation and HD download; they cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• Because AI generation is inherently creative, no specific creative outcome is guaranteed; dissatisfaction with a generated image alone is not grounds for a refund. You can try the service with a free welcome credit before purchasing.

3. Technical failure guarantee (automatic credit refund)

If a generation request fails for technical reasons, the deducted credit is automatically refunded to your account. The same applies if an HD download fails. No application is required; the system applies this automatically. If you experience issues, contact support@bridemirror.com.

4. EU/UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital service purchases without giving a reason.

Immediate performance and waiver (Art. 16(m)): When purchasing credits, you expressly agree to immediate performance of the service and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as you use any credit. If you have not used any credit from a purchased package, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days for a full refund.

Withdrawal notice: for iOS purchases, Apple's "Report a Problem" channel (reportaproblem.apple.com); for Google Play purchases, a Play refund request; in both cases you may also notify support@bridemirror.com. Eligible refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving notice.

5. Consumers in Turkey

Under Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-ğ, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts on services performed immediately in electronic form and intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer. Credit purchases fall within this scope. However: (a) goodwill refunds may be considered within 14 days for wholly unused packages, and (b) the technical failure guarantee (Section 3) applies in all cases.

6. Store refunds and balance adjustment

If you receive a refund through Apple or Google for a package, the corresponding credits are deducted from your account. If some refunded credits were already used, your balance may go negative; a negative balance blocks new generations.

7. Subscription (VIP)

VIP subscription runs through the store subscription infrastructure; cancellation is done in your store account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; no partial refund is given for the period already used (subject to store policies).
