Kullanım Koşulları

1. Taraflar ve kabul

Bu koşullar, BrideMirror uygulaması ve bridemirror.com ("Hizmet") ile kullanıcı arasındadır. Hizmet, Türkiye'de yerleşik BrideMirror tarafından sunulur. Hesap oluşturarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hizmetin tanımı

BrideMirror, yüklediğiniz fotoğraf ve seçtiğiniz/yüklediğiniz gelinlik görseliyle, yapay zekâ kullanarak sanal gelinlik deneme görselleri üretir. Standard mod 1 kredi, Premium (sahneli) mod 2 kredi, HD indirme 1 kredi kullanır (güncel kredi bedelleri uygulamada gösterilir).

3. Hesap

• Hizmeti kullanmak için Google veya Apple hesabıyla giriş gerekir; hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
• 13 yaşından küçükler Hizmeti kullanamaz.
• Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz (30 gün bekleme süresi sonunda kalıcı silinir).

4. Krediler ve satın alma

• Krediler App Store / Google Play üzerinden satın alınır; nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez, üçüncü kişilere satılamaz.
• İade ve cayma koşulları İade ve Cayma Politikası'nda düzenlenmiştir; teknik hata durumunda kredi otomatik iade edilir.
• Mağaza üzerinden iade alınan satın almaların kredileri hesaptan düşülür; eksi bakiye yeni üretimi engeller.

5. İçerik ve telif hakkı

• Yüklediğiniz içerik: Yüklediğiniz fotoğraf ve görsellerin haklarına sahip olduğunuzu veya kullanma izniniz bulunduğunu beyan edersiniz. Başkasına ait fotoğrafı ancak o kişinin bilgisi ve izniyle yükleyebilirsiniz. Üçüncü kişi haklarının ihlalinden doğan sorumluluk size aittir.
• Üretilen görseller: Üretilen görselleri kişisel amaçlarla serbestçe kullanabilirsiniz. Görsellerde hizmet filigranı bulunur; HD indirmede filigran kaldırılır.
• Katalog içerikleri: Katalogdaki gelinlik görselleri BrideMirror'a veya iş birliği yapılan gelinlik firmalarına aittir ve lisanslıdır; katalog görsellerini Hizmet dışında çoğaltamazsınız.
• İhlal bildirimi: Telif veya kişilik hakkı ihlali bildirimleri support@bridemirror.com adresine yapılır; haklı bildirimlerde içerik kaldırılır.

6. Kabul edilemez kullanım

Şunlar yasaktır: başkalarının fotoğraflarını izinsiz yükleme; hukuka aykırı, müstehcen veya üçüncü kişileri taciz eden içerik üretme girişimi; Hizmeti tersine mühendislik, otomasyon veya kötüye kullanma; kredi sistemini manipüle etme. İhlal halinde hesap askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.

7. Yapay zekâ sonuçlarına ilişkin feragat

Üretilen görseller yapay zekâ teknolojisiyle oluşturulur; gerçeği birebir yansıtmaz ve yaratıcı sonuç garantisi verilmez. Görseller (gelinliğin kesimi, rengi, vücut üzerindeki duruşu dahil) gerçek ürünün üzerinizdeki görünümünü taahhüt etmez; satın alma kararlarınızda yalnızca ilham amaçlı kullanılmalıdır.

8. Hizmet değişiklikleri ve erişilebilirlik

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; makul çabaya rağmen kesintiler olabilir. Bakım, güncelleme veya teknik zorunluluk hallerinde Hizmet geçici olarak durdurulabilir. Özellikler önceden bildirimle değiştirilebilir.

9. Sorumluluk sınırı

Zorunlu tüketici hakları saklı kalmak üzere, Hizmetten doğan sorumluluk, ilgili işlemde ödediğiniz bedelle sınırlıdır; dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

10. Kişisel veriler

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'nde açıklanmıştır; fotoğraf işleme için açık rızanız uygulama içinde ayrıca alınır.

11. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; tüketicilerin yerleşik oldukları ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Merkez) mahkemeleri ve tüketici hakem heyetleri yetkilidir.

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms govern the relationship between you and the BrideMirror app and bridemirror.com (the "Service"). The Service is provided by BrideMirror, based in Turkey. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of the Service

BrideMirror uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual wedding dress try-on images from a photo you upload and a dress image you select or upload. Standard mode uses 1 credit, Premium (scene) mode uses 2 credits, and HD download uses 1 credit (current credit costs are shown in the app).

3. Account

• You must sign in with a Google or Apple account; you are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Users under 13 may not use the Service.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app (deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day waiting period).

4. Credits and purchases

• Credits are purchased through the App Store / Google Play; they cannot be converted to cash, transferred or sold to third parties.
• Refund and withdrawal terms are set out in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy; credits are automatically refunded in case of technical failure.
• If a purchase is refunded through the store, the corresponding credits are deducted from your account; a negative balance blocks new generations.

5. Content and copyright

• Content you upload: You represent that you own or have permission to use the photos and images you upload. You may only upload someone else's photo with their knowledge and consent. You are liable for any infringement of third-party rights.
• Generated images: You may use generated images freely for personal purposes. Images include a service watermark; the watermark is removed on HD download.
• Catalog content: Catalog dress images belong to BrideMirror or partner bridal brands and are licensed; you may not reproduce catalog images outside the Service.
• Infringement reports: Copyright or personality rights complaints should be sent to support@bridemirror.com; content will be removed where complaints are valid.

6. Prohibited use

The following are prohibited: uploading others' photos without permission; attempting to generate unlawful, obscene or harassing content; reverse engineering, automating or abusing the Service; manipulating the credit system. Accounts may be suspended or closed for violations.

7. AI output disclaimer

Generated images are created using AI technology; they do not exactly reflect reality and no creative outcome is guaranteed. Images (including cut, colour and fit on your body) do not promise how the real product will look on you and should be used for inspiration only when making purchase decisions.

8. Service changes and availability

The Service is provided "as is"; interruptions may occur despite reasonable efforts. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or technical necessity. Features may change with prior notice.

9. Limitation of liability

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction; indirect damages are excluded.

10. Personal data

Processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice; your explicit consent for photo processing is obtained separately in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Istanbul (Central).
